Everyone left for different reasons
Some went off for work and some for love
Me I always stayed within the boundaries

I don’t think you knew just what that meant
But ever since that moment I’ve been searching
And I can’t seem to find a single reason left
For me to stick around

Maybe this is what is meant to happen
Maybe it’s all part of some big plan
If so I’d like to know where this is leading

What is left of my hometown

But then my mind goes back to when
